How do I obtain permission to post pictures

Dear Moderator,

Under Forum Rules, it states that I "may not" post attachments.
I would like to post an ad to sell my car and would like to attach pictures, how do I obtain permission to do this?

i saw your post in the test forum.... the link to the picture between image tags must end in .jpg, .gif. ect. besides that you did everything correctly
