Bv50 to gtb2260vk

I'm going to be changing many existing bv50 turbo on my 2007 a6 for a gtb2260vk which is being made into a hybrid from a 2008 A6.
Anyone know what fitment differences there are between the 2 turbos?

This is the wrong place to ask about a diesel turbo.....we didnt have them.

I did however have a VNT2056 on my AHU powered GTI. It spooled fast for a 1.9 liter and made 24 psi to 4k rpms.
