Hi all - I bought my 2010 A5 back in April and I absolutely love it. Just under 40k on the clock and the interior was in mint condition.

Looking to do some minor mods to it in the future. Designed my own tablet mount and implementation which may (or may not!) work out nicely without any disruption. Other than that I will be looking to replace the grill for a mesh one, and maybe some tuning work in future.

My names Ben from Sydney Australia, I bought my RS5 a few weeks ago. It's my first Audi but dad has a 2013 R8 so I'm sorta familiar with the feel and quality..
Iv been searching and saving for an RS 5 for a while now and finally got around to getting one! A life goal at 23 and dream come true..

My love for cars started a few years ago but got really involved about 4 years ago when I got my Subaru STI.
Spent a shit load of money and had a shit load of fun at the track.. Made it one of a kind.. Pictures below..

But anyways can't wait to start the journey with my RS5 and will no doubt chat with some of you in the near future.

Hiiiii, my name is Lindsay. I'm from NYC. recently flew down to Florida to pick up a 2013 Daytona Grey RS5 after getting rid of my G37 coupe. It has almost every package available lol, whoever owned this car before me babied the hell out of it.

Not going to mod it much anytime soon since winter has finally decided to arrive in the North East, for now I need a winter wheel/tire setup, the car came with summer tires since it was from Florida. Going to lower it a little too. Other than that...who knows? I'm loving this damn thing so much so far :)

-I am from Brunei Darussalam, a small country in Southeast Asia.
-currently there is no mod, but I am planning on making the grille black. the suspension is already lowered but I am not sure by how much.

dual exhaust is easy. since you have a non 2 sline, you can do it in 2 ways:

keep your non s-line bumper, pick up a non s -line cab/convertible diffuser and get a dual exhaust

get a s-line bumper, pick up a s-line cab/convertible diffuser and get a dual exhaust

it will look like this:

Well, I am new to the Audi world. Figured I'd post some pictures and introduce myself as well as the car.

She's an '08 6 speed. 75k on the clock, but got it for a really good deal and has been kept pretty clean. 12 days after I bought it was in a hit and run. So, a couple of weeks later I got her back. The shop also painted my window trim, with a lifetime warranty, while it was in. So, trying to look at the positives there.

Anyway, pretty stock still. Stasis exhaust, S-Flo going in today, plastic-dipping the front splitter and rear valence today as well. And then up to JHMotorsports on Weds for a tune hopefully.

Hopefully will be ordering the black grille here shortly and a couple other odds and ends. After the new year will be coilovers and wheels. Plan is to drive the hell out of it and have fun.

My first thoughts are around the licence plate positioning, I've got a smaller private plate to fit, with only 4 numbers / letters, which needs to be black characters on a white background (UK law) and I'm thinking of just putting these characters straight onto the white panel below the LHS headlight - not sure yet - but really like the look of a full grill with no licence plate.

Hello everyone!

I am brand new to the world of German automobiles and so far I cannot be happier with my recent purchase of a 2010 Audi S5. As my new daily driver it is clearly an upgrade from my 2010 Kia Forte SX. The Kia was a very good car in it's own right but I have gotten a better job since purchasing the car and decided it was time to have a fun winter car to pair with my summer ride. The car is bone stock and in very good condition from what I can tell. It had 97,XXX KM on the odometer when I picked it up three weeks ago and I have since put on about 2000KM and I have loved every minute of it. I am hpoing to keep the mod list relatively light but am hoping to pick up some new wheels and an exhaust to start. I was thinking about going with some Vorsteiner VFF-103s and a AWE track exhaust but haven't finalized anything on that front as of now.

i agree. i do plan on going with AWE pipes and possibly H&R street performance coil overs. yea i think im leaning towards just getting rims and having the factory as my second set. I really like the Vossen CV3's

I'm a long time member here, as I had a few S4's but just bought an 08 S5 Prestige. Got a hell of a deal as the starter is shot and the owner won't pay to have it fixed.
I'm looking forward to fixing it up and being on the road!

Yes I know the task is involved. I got a Bentley service manual and a few transmission pulls under my belt lol Hoping to find a way around removing the passanger motor mount(need to replace I'm sure), so transmission can stay in the car.

Did I read this right, you need to pull the tranny to change the starter????????????? I remember on my V8 Treg the manual states that you need to drop the engine to change the alternator. Turns out you can do it sans dropping it by removing the passenger side tire, wheel well lining and accessing it from there.

You sure there's no other way? Sounds insane, but then again having 30 screws to hold down a skid plate is no more insane... Love the leather contrast! Good luck

Actually bently says "Remove Engine/Transmission, so I guess you can pick and choose.. I found a write up from RS4 that has a same FSI engine, with slight variation obviously.

My plan will be to remove alternator, passenger engine mount and see where I'm at. Yikes!

Only about an hour North of Toronto. It was unseasonably cold for about three days. -40C when I went to work at 330AM!

Well as we speak we have 8C above at the house and -10C in town, which is only about 40 degrees warmer than it should be. Haven't had a -40 all winter let alone snow, it's going to be a smoky summer with forest fires.

Any idea where I can get some good info on road conditions to Inuvik? Am planning on heading up there in early September with my 30 foot camper and V8 Touareg.

Fairbanks -> Top of the World Highway -> ferry into Dawson and up to Inuvik, but heard the gravel road was really bad so wondering how many spare tires I need in addition to the mountain of spares I normally carry

Hi. I’m Francis and I’m from Los Angeles, CA. Been lurking for a month and learning back and forth between Audizine and A5OC. I’m planning to enjoy the car first specially since I still have a year and 8 months left on my factory warranty (and 2 add’l years for co-pay lol) so I’m just gonna learn and bond with her for now. I’m terribly GAS-modding for a quadtip setup though so I might even consider installing a non-working reso/dual tip on the right. Her name’s Rebecca BTW, Becky for short hahaha. I wake up 30 minutes earlier now just to micro-fiber wipe her down every morning.

TBVH, I’m not that technically knowledgeable on cars so I rely on my tuner friends for opinions as well as getting/reading advise, tips, suggestions from forums. I’ve learned so much and have started to learn terms like B8.5 to EA888 (just not sure which gen) to TFSI etc…

I’m really looking forward and HOPING to meet up with some of the SoCal guys ASAP to hear the exhausts in person and all the other fancy stuff to learn and chit chat with. THANKS again.

Badass ride, looks very clean. Got to love the Audi S5 in the snow and they're even more unstoppable with snow tires. Modding bug has hit me hard with the S5, just as bad as the Mits. But glad to see another VR4 owner. Here's my ride and got a Spyder in the makings also.

AAANNNND......My very scary fun toy. My Supercharged Acura NSX, methanol injected, dyno'd at 405 rwhp (not crank), weighs roughly 2880lbs. Lots of blood, sweat and years spent on this thing. It was my dream car as a highschool kid. Just grateful to have any of my cars. :) I'm actually putting some very serious thought into selling this car, and buying an Audi R8. The R8 is the ONLY exotic I've driven that has the same cabin to street visibility, and mid engine feel as my NSX.

Thanks for the kind words Mops & bknewtype. :) I'm just super stoked to have finally put my ass in some class (meaning an Audi, heh...). I have probably spent several hours just looking at other members cars on here, and admiring them. I have a few small plans for my car in due time. But I can honestly say, I'm just super stoked that I'm even a part of all of this. I've looked at so many cars on here, and just keep saying...."Damn, that looks really nice!" From stock, to show quality cars on this site.... It's been a while since I've felt this way about a car I've owned.

Hello everyone!

I am brand new to the world of German automobiles and so far I cannot be happier with my recent purchase of a 2010 Audi S5. As my new daily driver it is clearly an upgrade from my 2010 Kia Forte SX. The Kia was a very good car in it's own right but I have gotten a better job since purchasing the car and decided it was time to have a fun winter car to pair with my summer ride. The car is bone stock and in very good condition from what I can tell. It had 97,XXX KM on the odometer when I picked it up three weeks ago and I have since put on about 2000KM and I have loved every minute of it. I am hpoing to keep the mod list relatively light but am hoping to pick up some new wheels and an exhaust to start. I was thinking about going with some Vorsteiner VFF-103s and a AWE track exhaust but haven't finalized anything on that front as of now.

My car was usual Full S-line 3.0TDI 176KW, Automatic, quattro, year2009. This car was full of electronics from factory already(keyless,B&O, Elecrical lether seats with memory, many many more extras), black interior + usual stuff

Now one year later.
Performance:
Big IC, 2,5`` IC pipes, filters...
Straight through full 3`` exhaust without dpf, cat, 3`` downpipe
VKM motors ECU soft (ET 13,3s with 20´´ rims)....
OUTSIDE i have done: S5 front/rear bumper(rear bumper with sharks(custom)), 102mm x4 exhaust tips, RS5 working! rear spoiler, chrome mirror caps, LED front fog lights, Facelift tailights, LED nrplate lights, some fake S5 signs i really love....

INSIDE i have done: RS5 automatic Gear knob, RS7 start/stop button, Audi Drive select system, Vw Phaeton w12 pedal covers/footrest (1:1), facelift A5 door buttons, Custom made steering wheel with S-colors, DSG pads on steeringwheel, Pioneer/Alpine subwoofer/amplifier connected with B&O system(bass control inside console), Ambient light under door panel trims, Lether trunk handle.......
Wheels, fitment, tyres, brakes: 15mm spacers front/20mm rear, HR OE springs -35mm, RS6 new front brakes/ updated rear brakes, HEL performance brake lines, Custom made 20´´ (9,5; 10,5) rims with 275/30 and 255/30 tyres.....

Second day owning it I switched the V6T to supercharge emblems, got it tinted 20% all around 50% on windshield clear film on headlights and vinyled the center grille.

Future mods include:

H&R sport springs (waiting to be installed) until I can get an air suspension set up

Wheels, got my eyes on the Ag M590 20x10's et 25, or possibly my coworkers rs5 5 arm rotors if he lets me take them [emoji15]

All the awe goodies, Intake, exhaust, and tune

.... Then im sure I'll think of more.

I live in Westchester NY and am part owner of an Autobody shop on Mt Vernon. Hoping to someday set up a nice meet and greet at the shop and a possible Saturday car show/ spot for enthusiasts to get together, BBQ and hang out.

Hey guys, been asking around some questions around the forums and no one had a chance to reply to me yet, I really need some advice. I currently have a b7a4 2.0t right now, I am looking to buy an a5. Now by me on Long Island NY almost all of the manual a5's for sale are the 3.6 I believe, v6. I was told to stay away from the v6 cause it has more problems than the 2.0t. My first question is if that is true. And my other question is are there a good amount of pros and cons, 2.0t vs. v6? I appreciate the help!!

Hello all, I picked up a CPO 2015 s5 with 2k miles on it at the beginning of the year. I've added a few basic mods to the car over the past few months:

H&R OE sports springs--Didn't like them at all. Lots of fighting with them. Car settled very uneven and the ride quality was awful IMHO. Replaced them within 2 months of install.
H&R street coilovers--absolutely love them, should of been my first choice. Installed by DJM motorwerks
CR-15 strut brace--many props u2nelson this thing is legit.
Alu Kreuz--does exactly what they say it does, but one thing not talked about to much is it creates a clearance issue stopping me from lowering the car to my desired height. Sadly, I may have to remove this.
AWE S-Flo CAI

Possible mods- intake, cat back exhaust, stage 1 map, kinda all depends on if i can find a system that doesn't flag the car as TD1 and doesn't void warranties(still researching this so suggestions can be PMed my way). Id be happy with just hearing more of the car through an intake and exhaust because it does have a nice sound stock

Hello! Just purchased a 2013 A5 and figured I would introduce myself. Unfortunately I don't pick her up until Monday, so photos will have to wait.

She is a 2013 A5 Premium Plus, in Ice Metallic Silver with just over 11,000 on the tach. Tuesday she goes to get an APR Stage 1 tune, and other than that the rest of my modifications I believe will be merely cosmetic.

On to a question or 2..
As a driver located in Upstate NY, can I get away with H&R Sport springs? Or am I better off going with the OE springs?
Wheel spacers? With stock rims is 15mm/10mm to severe?

Sorry for the nooby questions, I am just incredibly excited to get started on this car!

Also prepaid Audi care for 35K and 45K services. A few chips, and a few light scratches that you have to look for, but overall a beautiful car. It would be nice if I could post pictures as an attachment (currently not allowed to). Not tech savy enough to do any other way.

Hey Everyone,

I've been browsing here for a while and decided it's about time I joined the discussion lol.
Here is my 2013 S5 in monsoon gray, I bought it CPO this past February with 22K miles on it.
Options include 6MT, prestige package, sport diff, ADS, full nappa interior in red and black, and carbon fiber interior trim.
I originally wanted daytona gray but after seeing the monsoon gray I fell in love it.

I've made a few small visual mods including audi logo puddle lights, red interior footwell lights, and swapping out the V6T for the supercharged badges. I also added the P3 vent gauge.
Future plans include either 19" or 20" rotors, a slight drop and spacers, and the chrome RS5 grill.
Performance wise, the next mod will likely be 034 mount inserts, followed by the 034 sway bar and front and rear end links. Eventually I'm looking at the ECS intake, AWE exhaust, and APR stage 2.
That will be a couple years out though I think, the car has plenty of power...for now [:p]

Been driving a 2007 Lexus IS350 for the past 8 years. Glad to finally get my first Audi! After 3 years of drooling over it, I finally bought a 2014 Ibis S5 with 19K miles, B&O sound system, nav and the black optics package.

I will probably stick with minor mods as I'm not techy when it comes to performance upgrades and exhaust systems.

I have been scouring this forum for ideas and would like to do the following:

RS style black grill

Paint or wrap the mirrors gloss black.

Would love new rims but that's a few few years out.
What's everyone's ideas on dipping rims? How long does it last?

Already ordered S5 logo puddle lights. (Kinda cheesy but so am I)

Rear trunk spoiler however I haven't found a subtle one I like. Everything I've found looks too big.

Inside I want it add:

LED lights

Red footwell lights.

Download the Carista app and might try to customize some of the settings.

Don't have much experience with modifications since all I did to my IS350 was add a rear spoiler. Would appreciate any advice and input!

Honestly not sure. The car is preowned and came with the tint already done. I think it's the same as my last car which was one step past legal. Just glad it's already done and is dark so I don't have to redo it.

Anything you like better about the A5/S5 than looks? If we had the S5 sportback I'd already have one, could go either 2 or 4 door but not a huge fan of the B8.5 headlights, the S5's are so much more agressive. I initially thought the S3 was a good progression but feel I would grow out of it quick and performance may be same as the B8.5 but b8.5 feel so much more raw with that response and exhaust. Lol yeah I've seen you in pretty much every thead! GTI then Sq5 then S3 and also A5.. you have great taste and all builds are very tastful. Your new S3 is nearly what I was trying to get 1-2 months ago, was told I needed to special order and delivery Eta was april! My issue was all s3's dealer have on build order are coming with $3k Tech pack(virtual cockpit) which blows out the price point with my must have options:
P+, Ara blue or glacier, black dynamic, b&o, SS Seats = ~48800 -10% negot= $44k and attractive price point, can't stomach 50k on a s3. You can get a ~10k mileage loaded 2015-16 S5 for $45k!
I liked the S3 but felt much slower than my Jb1 Mk7 GTI manual.
The new S5 that will be a SB has an awful front end, lower hood line, grill doesn't look proportional and the tesla headlights are the worst! The rest is great, I could deal with the new engine but after 6 of my 8 cars being manual the only auto I want is a dsg for my daily.

Never tracked a car yet but drive hilly twisty back roads on my 20 min commute, want 1 car that's fun to drive yet comfortable as a daily, looks much better than the GTI and is still good
/fun in Michigan's 4+ months of snow, and can haul a bike(1up hitch rack or roof rack). Asking a lot.. The GTI was a German gate way drug making me want more! Lol

UK owner.
I have recently bought a 2011 S5 Sportback, with just 13k miles in Monsoon grey, 20'' option alloys and black edition spec. Loads of factory options as standard (but not the sports diff which is a shame), none of which are that interesting however after having a stage 1 custom map and S-tronic map by MRC to match the modified airbox and intake pipe I have 457AWHP and 535NM torque. Now that I found rather interesting. :)

Hello Folks!

New Audi owner in Texas. I just purchased a 2013 RS5 in Sepang Blue Pearl, CPO, 24K miles on the clock.

I've always been more of an "American Muscle" kind of guy; the car I replaced with the RS5 was a V8 2015 Dodge Charger in B5 Blue (I like blue cars). About a year ago we replaced my wife's 2002 Toyota Highlander with a 2015 GTI Autobahn w/ Performance Pack. After driving that car occasionally over the past year, I decided that when it came time to upgrade I'd look at VAG vehicles.

My wife and I are just getting into autocross, and we've both got a HPDE track day scheduled in March. I'm an engineer by trade but never really knew anything about cars from a mechanical perspective until I started to get interested a couple of years ago. Looking forward to learning from y'all!

- MTM-optimizing, non-speedlimiter.
- Capristo Exhaust: Cruise/Sport/Full Sport Mode.
- Red carbonfibre cold air intake by Eventuri.
- KW variant 3 coilovers.
- Customized Cargraphic wheels - 20”x9,5 with Michelin Pilot Sport.
- Alcantara package.
- Xpel film.

New engine at 82k. 9k after that.

Future Mods:
Plan is to keep it simple; Its almost perfect IMO. Thinking swapping the wheels with some S1 3P from Works. Adding some more carbonfibre parts both inside and outside. Other than that, keeping the maintance costs up!
Biggest would be painting it in the famouse Tornado red.

I dont know if i ever introduced myself. But, hello, I'm Brandon. I live in Dallas and ive had my 2015 S5 since last June. Im in and out of country so much that i havent had much time to mod. But, im looking forward to doing a few basic things.

Thanks! I'll look into that ECS intake. LoL, believe it or not, I'm having a helluva time deciding on which grill to get. Theres so much debate on which one has emblems that stick out too far, which has more combs... etc. I almost regret getting an S5 and think I should have looked for an RS...lol. But, my s5 was a steal. A 2015 with only 7k miles on it... couldn't pass it up.

^^Thank you! The springs are blue with a part number 29061 written on them. That's what I was thinking also, that they were lower than OE states. Here are couple pics of front and rear wheel gaps.

Hey, just thought i'd post a picky of my S5. Previously i've had a 3.0 tdi and 3.2 fsi A5 quattros . Always promised myself a V8 S5, as new as I can afford!! This one is a 2010 with mega spec, I feel for the loss of the original owners wallet ...my gain :)

just a quick bio to introduce myself to everyone.....

been searching for an S5 (the 4.2L, 354 hp V8 version) for over a year now.
finding the exact match with auto trans, preferred interior & exterior color, including the Prestige option package, has proven quite difficult.

meanwhile, my thus far faithful, reliable & still fun-to-drive 2006 A4 2.0L T was getting long in the tooth....
....132k miles & needing new tires, new brake pads & rotors, water pump & timing belt replacement....
....& if i were to keep it much longer, an upgrade to the suspension which would include all new urethane bushings along with shocks & springs at all four corners.

so three weeks ago, while checking out some possible alternatives (i.e. the A5 which is far more plentiful than the S5 on the used market) i came across something that just did not sound right.
everything in the 2009 to 2012 range was running $18k- $24k with 65k to 90k miles on the odometers.
then i spotted a 2011 A5 2.0T at the nearby Acura dealer listed at $16k with 49k mileage.

i did not even test drive it before i handed over the keys to my old '06, signed next to the "X" & brought it home.
after a V thorough inspection, my maestro mechanic has given it his blessing & no detectable oil usage after 400 miles of mostly city driving, thus far.

I use a SeaSucker Talon, so far it's been solid. Had a Thule rack on my old A4, but to mount it on the RS5 would have to wedge part of the feet under the window rubber and didn't want to do that.

Hi guys. My 1 day old new to me 2013 S5 with 33k miles. The car is fully loaded and has ADS, Sports Diff, B&O, you name it.
Honestly I love the car as is and the only mod on the immediate horizon are some 20%> tint. Cant stand cars without tints.

Picked up a 2016 S5 Prestige with a 6 speed. Very excited to have a manual again.

Haven't been active for a long while. Last time I posted I think was in 2013 when I posted photos of my then new A4 B8.5. Last October, I swapped it for an A5 Coupe after tossing a lot between the B8 and B9 options. Ended up with choosing B8 as I thought it'll be always a classic look.

Anyone come to an RS5 from a 911? I suspect a bunch of folks go the other way :)

Traded a 2011 Carrera GTS for a 2014 RS5. The RS5 is nowhere near as raw and engaging as the 911, much more of a luxury car, but loving it so far. The Porsche was sublime on the track and back roads, but so damn impractical compared to the RS5, and with two kids it just wasn't working out. Seattle folks, if you're looking for a 997.2 generation GTS, this one will be for sale at Porsche Bellevue pretty soon.

Paid about $48k for a 2014 CPO RS5, 31k miles, well optioned.

Greetings from Detroit, Michigan, where I am set to receive my 2013 S5 from Orlando this weekend. It's my first Audi. Super psyched to get behind the wheel and back into a manual transmission.

I initially searched the Detroit, Chicago and Cleveland areas. Got a bit frustrated finding what I was looking for until I expanded my search to country-wide. I got a pretty good deal (I think) from a Jaguar dealer in Orlando. $31,800. Car has 34,200 miles.

Options include Phantom Black pearl effect, MMI, Nappa leather, B&O sound, 19 inch wheels, carbon Atlas inlays and Supercharged badges. I wanted a Prestige to get the adaptive headlights, but this car seemed to be a bargain and had better miles than the other cars I could find closer to home.

Since I gave up my 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible (great car), I have been missing driving a manual.

Called a few Audi dealers around me, and they would not sell me a Audi Pure Protection plan because the original manufacturer's warranty was expired. I called a few more dealers and Audi of America and discovered that there is no such restriction. So, I bought the 3 year/36000 plan from the Audi South Orlando dealer. Price was $2952.

Once it gets here, will need to equip it with 18 inch wheels and winter tires in a few months. That will tap out the budget for a while, so I don't have any planned mods for a while.

Hello from New Jersey everyone. I've had my 2013 A5 over a year now but brand new to the forum.

I've got the 2.0T TFSI in brilliant black. I'm starting to do some performance modifications while not going crazy because it is my daily driver. I've got the APR Stage II tune, APR Downpipe, and AWE Touring Cat-back Exhaust. In the spring I'll be getting new wheels, (I think I've decided on TSW Sprints in gunmetal, but I've got time) along with summer tires, still trying to decide on suspension, and will probably get the APR intake soon.

Hi! I'm Phil and this is my first Audi, it's an '11 S5 4.2 and when I bought it 3 weeks ago it had less than 22,000 miles on it.

So far I've ordered and received the 034 intake hose and their drivetrain insert package, the JHM light-weight crank pulley and the Carbon Imports v1 deck spoiler and side mirror covers. My Wix air filter should arrive within the next week. I'm looking to get the Magnaflow tunable muffler or glass-pack next, not sure which to go with. Suggestions?

After that I'll think about wheels and a tune while I wait for next year's driving season.

I'm Keith from NNJ and I picked up my first Audi in April of this year. I've always liked Audi cars especially when the TT first launched. I got to ride in an R8 last year and loved it. IT was only a matter of time, but which one?? The A5/S5 body style is so eye catching it's almost sublime. I haven't been able to shake the mod bug for years/decades so when I found out what could be done with this platform it was just a matter of time. After scouring several online auto sales sites for months then test driving a couple S5s I fell for this baby. I couldn't walk away. I wasn't sure if I could live with a DSG - yes I know they shift faster than humanly possible but I'm glad I held out for the 6MT.

So far I have added a Stasis RSB, Megan endlinks, CR15 brace, ECS Tuning SS brake lines, Hawk 5.0 pads, Motul 660 fluid and just installed the 034 Motorsport X-Brace weekend before last. The car handles so much better now. I've done one AutoX and Waterfest this summer and had a blast! Even boiled my clutch brake fluids.
Future plans include some non droning exhaust TBD, coilovers probably KWs, intake, wheels & wider tires. OF course a tune eventually.

My wife named her "side chick" since i spend more time with the car than her. Currently I've added 20x10 Nichè wheels on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, 20% ceramic tint, RS5 grill, Neuspeed P-module, GVB diverter valve, K&N intake and Becker exhaust. Still undecided on suspension as it is next.

Hey all,

A couple weeks ago I brought home to Longmont, CO a beauty of a black cat RS 5.
It's a 2013 in Panther Black crystal and came with 20", Titanium, MMI+, sport exhaust, (and the best and most needed option) the power rear window sunshade (lol).

I pulled the front license plate holder. When I get registered I have tow hook plate holder. Leaving it all off until I have to put the plates on.
Sunday I put on winter shoes. I sized down to 18" inexpensive Motegi wheels with 245/45 X-ice 3s. I like the compliance of the tire but I'm not sure about how light the steering is now in Comfort mode. I may have to setup Individual with Comfort settings apart from the steering to make it a little heavier.
Weathertech mats arrive today.

I need a buffer, bad. Got rid of mine in a move years ago, when we downsized to a single vehicle.
Soon I'll stop by Adam's for some products. My wife worked there a couple years ago. (Have any of you seen his beast of a box truck? He let us use it to move.)

Planned mods:
The dealer badge is coming off sometime this week. (The reason I need a buffer)
I'm actually considering debadging the whole thing. Possibly leaving the grille and replacing with blackouts or dipping the chrome "RS 5" in black and leaving the red Audi Sport block. And at least dip the rings if they're not removed.

Since I tend to hop from vehicle to vehicle I was given a waiting period before I can start doing any heavy mods. I always seem to lose money on the deal. :-)
But, when the time comes this is what I'd like to do, in no particular order:

There are a few paint spots that need to be worked out but I think it should shine up nicely, given a weekend of hard labor.

It's nice to be back in the Audi fold. I had an '08 TT 3.2 S-line a few years ago, sold it to the dealer after one of their lot attendants took off the driver side mirror on a truck (which went on the title).

Thanks man, Specs on the wheels are 20x10 +38 with a 20mm spacer all round.

I spent alot of time measuring and aligning the suspension after the H&R sport spring install. I had the rear camber adjusted (factory adjustable) to as little negative camber as i could go. And this allowed the use of 20mm spacers all round to look like this. I'm basically in the realm of -1.5 all round.

I have seen alot of people use a 15mm front and 20mm rear spacer, i assume to get the rear as flush as possible, but by adjusting the camber i went 20mm all round, achieved the flushness both front and rear and now also will get better tyre wear as well.
