Got a few codes in my 2009 S5...

none of them actually thru a CEL but have me concerned. I know the dealer won't admit that they are there and wanted to get some info on them before I confront them.

The 01521 code: I was recently driving home on a 1300 mile trip and after 900 mile I got a Tire Pressure Malfunction flash up on the instrument cluster. It wasn't the tire pressure monitoring signal to let me know that there was low tire pressure but rather a malfunction. It went away soon after I just kept driving but came back on again and the off again. It has been off ever since then and has not been back on.

The 02149 might have something to do with me recently programming my Homelink?

The 03338, is something that may be related but don't know. I've noticed after getting in my car that my seat memory position is wrong and would need to bring if forward to adjust it for correct driving. This has happened a few times but not sure as I said if they are related.

The 01314 code is odd and don't have any thing to add other than it couldn't be a good thing.

I just cleared them all to see if any would come back. There wasn't a CEL but if they do reappear I will take it to the dealer. I usually clear about any "pending" code to see if they will come back. But if you do have information about any of these please post your experience.

they aren't hard codes so they won't trigger a cel, because technically everything is working fine. I would seriously doubt the dealer will do anything but clear them out.

It's not uncommon for intermittent soft codes like this to pop up every now and then.
