Hi everybody!

I'm new here. I got my 2010 S4 Avant S tronic in July. It's my 3rd Audi.

The configuration differs in Austria/Europe from yours in the States.
Mine got:
Phantomblack with black S-style Silk Nappa Leather seats & Stainless Steel decorative inlays
Audi Drive Select with damper control
quattro with Sport Rear Differential
advanced key
B&O sound system
HDD Satellite Navigation system with MMI 3G
Mobile telephone preparation bluetooth
Acoustic parking system plus
Cruise Control
Audi hold assist
Heated front seats
Interior light pack
Leather arm rests
Privacy glass
High-beam assist
Tyre pressure loss indicator
Automatic dimming interior & exterieur mirrors
Three zone automatic climate control
Electrically adjustable front seats with driver memory
Alarm system

Modifications so far:
20" five three spoke wheels in 8,5jx20 with 255/30 R20 Pirelli P Zero Nero (Summer)
19" five three spoke wheels painted in Titan black (Winter)
RS6 steering wheel
RS6 Alu pedals
Supercharged badge
LED interior lights
MTEC Xenonmatch fog lights
various VAG codes (lap timer, battery status, oil temperature, tv free, efficiency program,...)

Modifications planned:
MTM power enhancement up to 430 hp in Spring 2010
Milltek or MTM exhaust in RS style

Yep, my dealer painted them.
No. I bought the 20's as an extra. They are originally from the Q5. It's not possible to get 20's ex works in europe either..

As I mentioned above. The steering wheel is the one from the RS6, the 580 hp version of the A6, which is not on sale in the US...

I like the combo V6/Supercharged badge. I don't know why AofA couldn't have just done something like this from factory seeing as how the new A6s have the supercharged badge.

My S didn't come from factory with this combo. [;)]
I found the badge on the web, and then I thought that I must have it because the "T" bothered me from the beginning. :)
btw. it's only for US A6 models and limited! :)

What further modifications would you guys suggest?

hot as hell wheels. I am on the fence for function over looks. I can actually feel the difference the 52 pounds made coming off my stock 19s. Although the winter rubber is a bit squishy on the pavement. It hooked uop nice in the rain though.

the 19s with michelin sports are 54lbs each. Those 20s might be 60 lbs each.

It fits without modification. Just clip off the original plastic footrest - be careful, it breaks easily - then clip off the alu rest from the RS6 plastic rest. 3 Step: Clip the RS6 alu rest on the original S4 plastic rest. Clip it back on your car.

Is this the 2009 RS6 footrest? I'm thinking some of the problems people are facing is that they might have changed the part numbers from the different years of RS6s...

Do you happen to have a part number for the 3 pedals?

thanks man! one more question, the rs6 had 2plastic pop up at the back, does urs have it? i found my original pedal have no holes after took off the rubber piece

cause the rs6 brake pedal have 2 plastic posts at the back side, i think i have to cut it off to fit on it, may be the one they sent to me is not the 2010 parts.
can u send both the foot rest n brake pedals part# to me?

The TT and R8 steering wheel is different from the steering of the RS6. The bar of the RS6 is much thicker than the TT's and R8's.

I hate AoA right now. If they were smart they would bring over a limited release of S4 Avants for a single year. Maybe 2500 for the entire US similar to what they did with the R32's. Then just slow roll them instead of dumping them all at once. Make up some crap about supplier problems for the rear hatch or something so that the market is not flooded!

MTM tuning 430hp

Hi guys!
I did it. Yesterday evening I installed the MTM Cantronic 430 HP in my car. A nice and easy job. I was done in 40 minutes.
Because of heavy rain here in Austria I coudn't test ist in detail. But the first impression is a WOW. Much, much more power in ecvery circumstances.
I've never had wheelspin at 170km/h in the 6. gear. Yesterday evening I experienced this for the first time! :-)
I also determined sound improvement. At idle it bubbles almost like a V8.

Further experiences right here in a few days!

is that the RS6 shifter knob as well?

I note it has the chrome pieces on the sides like the S6 knob but its perforated leather unlike the S6... this knob is exactly what i've been looking for.

Installed the KW coilover spring kit - http://www.kw-suspensions.co.uk/uk/kw_suspensions.php
Modified the rear exhaust from oval tips to four tips.

x2, also looking for a gloss black dash (such a shame they added 'nice' brushed alu trims but normal painted dash pieces.
Looks super with the extra OSIR trims.

Looks fantastic. We pick up an S4 Avant on Friday in Frankfurt and will be driving around Southern Germany for the following 7 days. Gonna hit the ring on Sunday, and Neckarsulm and Ingolstadt on Monday. Can't wait! :)

Tommy have you ever had your car on a dyno? I notice that you have the MTM kit installed. Having had tons of problems with mine I'm curious as to the experience you had. The rumor is that the device has problems with the US version of this car. Can you offer any insight on your experience?
