Speaker rattle with sound OFF?

I've recently noticed an annoying rattle in one of the upper rear door speakers (just below the window). it only happens when the sound is completely off... or I just don't notice it with volume.

It seems to be some slight mechanical rattle like something is loose inside...

anyone dealt with this?
