The red rear bumper looks ugly. Looks like they stole it from a red S4 and slapped it on. Also what's going on with the front wheel well zipper design?

It's a Grand-Am Koni Challenge GS race car, not a street car.

i do agree there is a little too much red on the rear bumper, but i'm not gonna "bash" the car.
looks awesome, and i'm sure it rides 10x better than it looks.

So I guess that they did something to the engine as well not just exterior?
Any info about chip or something?
.

The race class is pretty much a run the car stock class. You can change rims/tires, springs and shocks. I am not sure what else can be thrown in.

Hahaha I was busy taking pictures of Baas shooting the canon.
As far as the brakes and interior are concerned, APR mentioned that the interior of their cars for next season will be gutted and modified for race sake. They haven't had these cars for long, but they wanted to get them ready for the unvailing. After this past Saturday, I have a lot respect for what APR has done, and is doing, and you can rest assured that every aspect of their new S4 will be gone through before it hits the track.

You got it. The S4 is now being torn down for the full race build. This will be a pretty long process. We decided to stop where we were and get the cars dressed up for the BBQ so everyone could get an idea of how they will look once they are finished. :)
