Enjoy ....
Love the bit where they call it the "surprise of 2009".
And the 1km sprint times and 0-100km are very similar to what they achieved when they tested the RS4 and M3 Coupe - around 95% or slightly better when I checked the results of my back issues.
Some in gear times even blow those 2 away ... they'll be playing catch up.
Imagine this monster with a software upgrade. Grrrrrr.

Oh, and remember, in South Africa we have to make do with lesser quality 95 RON unleaded fuel, which retards performance compared to US and European premium fuels. The fact they achieved manufacturer spec times for the 0-100 sprint are thus even more special.
Base price in SA is around US$ 80k
Price as tested was nearly US$ 93k
So don't let me catch anybody moaning about the price of the S4 in America or Canada. Ever. M'kay ?
All imported cars in SA attract about a 35% ad valorem import duty, pushing prices up quite high, although a 5 year all inclusive maintenance plan is standard.
