Weird stuff last night!

So I finially got arround to hooking up my subs and amp in my 06 A4 2.0T. Has anybody ever experianced this one.. After reconnecting battery and going for a test drive,
1. keyless entry didnt work
2. onetouch windows didnt work, still worked if I held the operator just 1 touch stopped.
3. key in door to shut/open windows didnt work.

Any thoughts, does the computer take time to relearn where it is after being disconnected?

The weirdest part is this morning on way to work.... everything works fine..

sounds good, now just have to work on the HP things..
also does anybody have a hardwired valentine 1 in their B& and where did you steal power from.. I tried to do this also last night by the DIY forum places and didnt have swithced power..

after you re-connect the battery, it takes a few ignition cycles to re-learn the key. No worries.

for the v1 hardwire, you can tap off the wiring for the sunroof. There's a DIY on here somewhere...pretty straight forward [up]
