I'm finally happy with the looks now. Before the tires were way too tucked in.

That looks as good as it gets for the 18s. There is always a spring drop for later. The rims are 18x8 et47, so for those buying aftermarket, for this same look in 18s, or 19, even 20s, front is 18x8 et32 and the rears 18x8 et27. 245 tires.
glad you took the plunge.

Lou,
Do you think it needs an alignment? For a lowering I would, for this though. I don't really want to take the time and money.
nah, if you mess with springs you need one. This should be ok. If you notice the car pulling to one side, or the wheel not centered anymore, then get it adjusted. I never bother with wheel changes.

What size are those spacers? I want to do the same to my A5.

OK just saw the spacer size on youtube, what about bolts, did you need new/longer ones and did the spacers come with the new bolts?

the rear 20mm DRA H&R comes with bolts that bolt onto the hub, then use the stock bolts for the rims. The Front 15mm had to use aftermarket bolts that were longer. I got both sets from Achtuning.
This is good for now, but still waiting on a deal or some new reps to come out for the car. I still have the itch for some bigger wheels. What do you think of the new S5 sportback rims

I want reps cause they're cheaper, look good, and I'm only gonna have this car for 2 years (lease) I got a really good deal on what was on the lot, so got stuck with the 18's. They definitely grew on me, but i just need something bigger.

Any high speed vibrations using this 15/20 combo guys ?
Feedback would be appreciated.
Audi South Africa is not offering 19"s on any A4/S4 from MY2010 onwards due to bad road conditions in general.
Guess I'm going to have to take the 18"'s and slot in the spacers to improve the looks until I can order some BBS rims next year.
Cheers
