For my B7, is there a way to send a pulse to my power folding mirror knob so that when I switch off the ignition the mirrors fold shut, and another pulse when I start the ignition so that the mirrors fold open? Or, the same when I unlock and lock the doors? Any help will be appreciated.

It will probably involve some relays using your ignition trigger. Have you tested the wires at all that control the mirrors?

you will most likely have to send a 12v source useing one of the outputs on your alarm module through a relay to get them to do that. If you don't have experince this will take you a bit to get, but is very easy once done.

You will have to progarm your alarm outputs, if its a top end model you should have atleast 4.
