RNS E and Dension Ipod Adapter

Just bought an RNS E from Kuko112 the dude from Poland and the RNS E is supposed to be plug and play. I'm also about to order the Dension from Enfig. My question is what harness I'm gonna need. Will they be any trouble with the harness that comes with the RNS E ? Anyone have an Ipod adapter with the RNS E and Harness from the same dude?
