If it is Ibis white, and you get to drive it this year, it is a great deal. 5 weeks to go for mine!

I'm not sure I understand? Are you saying that you have a 2009 A4 you're trading in (the dealer is going to credit you $27,000) and, in turn, you're looking to purchase a new 2010 S4 for $52K...is that correct?

If so, need more specs and mileage on your trade.

Are you saying that the sticker of S4 is $52,180 and the dealer is selling it to you for $52k? In addition, please give us more info about your 09 A4 so that other members here can help you out.

So far I don't see this is a good deal.

$180 off the sticker price? I'm pretty sure the dealer can do a lot better than that. Most dealers have a few thousand dollar leeway.

I know but the price for my A4 on kbb was only 25,400 for excellent condition....

great that car has lost 10k in value! if you own that 09 out right then you should be able to sell it on your own for more than the dealer is giving you! They will just list it for 30k+ you should put that extra on the S4, just my 2 cents!

That's a horrible deal in my opinion. I was offered 2k off msrp for a loaded s4, but that's not what i wanted. The other dealer has the car want and offered 750 off.

BTW, I would recommend you selling the car in private then go buy the s4.

You must be smoking crack. Invoice on the car isn't even that low.

NOW to the OP. $27k is not a terrible number on yours given the low miles and the nav. $28k should be all the money. $27k is fair given that by the time the dealer certifies the car he'll have $29k in the car. Three to four grand in mark up, he'll get beat up for at least 2 grand. And that's that.
The S4, make sure they're giving you owner loyalty which is still available. That's about it.
