ok guys WTF.

multiple emails to both you and Mike. PM and I had no response since Sept 3rd.

I feel like you guys sold me an albatross that DOES NOT work with my car

And to boot, I am trying to spend more money with you on the Dietz stuff and you never bother to reply.

I dont get it, I really dont.

Either take it all back and refund me or make some sort of arrangement.

As a forum sponsor, I hate to resort to this but I wont sit back after spending hundreds of dollars with you and settle for no reply

Well it didn't start bad but now I am feeling left on the hook and not responding does NOT help at all....

Damn that sucks to hear that a forum sponsor is acting like that.

Not to knock them but they dont seem like the best sponsor anyway as far as selection and pricing goes and then the customer service on top of that.
Hopefully someone will step in and have this resolved.

I have received an email from Christian and we are trying to sort this out. Good news in that at least they have gotten back to me (it was a legitimate reason)

I've sent them a few e-mails and mike a PM with no response. I just want to spend some money with them and had some simple questions. I'm not calling anyone out. I just want to purchase some stuff. Please get back to me. I understand that things get crazy.

have you tried to call them? email/pm isnt always the most effective way to get a hold of someone

I was just about to order an ipod adapter from them and wanted to make sure I had the right harness etc.. I haven't called yet, I sent them a few emails. No big deal, I'm sure they got stuff going on. I'll try giving them a call. [wrench]

well a friend of the company passed away about two weeks ago. I am totally sympathetic and in the words of Christian "their phone rings all day" so its tough to respond to emails. But at the same time when I have spoken to them, and then follow up with email and get no reply its tough to swallow. I have an issue now thats almost 2 months old and I am trying to be very flexible.

communication is KEY here, busy or not.

Just to chime in here. On September 4th one of my ex-employees/Good Friends Daughter passed away in a tragic motorcycle accident. I don't feel like talking about it anymore so I'll let you read the link below.

At that point we were already a little backed up due to a couple of installs that took longer than expected.

I pretty much took the entire following week off to help with everything I could for her father and family. Since me and mike are the only ones that handle customer service, combined with Monday the 7th off for a holiday and closed Thursday 10th to attend the funeral we were REALLY backed up last week.

We spent last week catching up and training our new employee and I think by today we will be fully caught up. I appreciate all of the business and feedback that all of you guys give us but there aren't too many things in my life that I take more important in my life than Enfig but a few weeks ago my friends needs were alot more important that anything else at that time. I apologize for any delays and frustration that this may have caused anyone but I still think I made the right choice.

And for the future, getting Orders Out, Phones, E-mail and Forums are our priorities in that order. So if you really need something call us. We always pick up the phone. If we don't answer your E-mail's its probably because we are busy getting orders out and answering the phones.

Thanks for the understanding,
Christian

Not to knock them? We offer the biggest selection of VW/Audi Car audio accessories in the country and the reason we aren't the cheapest is because we actually have to pay employees to answer all the technical question's you guys have. We aren't some kid in his college dorm trying to make beer money for the weekend. Sure you can save a few bucks somewhere else and have no one to call when you cant figure out whey the stuff you just bought isn't working. This comment just doesn't make any sense to me.

FWIW, I have been a customer of Enfig for many many years now. They're one of the best in the biz, which is part of the reason they're here. [up]

I've ordered from Enfig on two different occasions. They've also assisted me over the phone in troubleshooting an issue. Only praises for Enfig from me. [up]

although we were not able to come to a resolution, I was able to finally speak with Christian. The products are being returned and when we did speak, they tried to do everything in their power to help. I wish the outcome was different but its not a result of Enfig and the revised design of my car

Just to put in my 2 cents, I purchased my ipod adaptor from them. Although one of the items I needed was on back order, Christian and Mike both communicated with me on when I should expect my item. Their customer service has been nothing but top notch. I had problems with my sat II pass-through and they offered to take the time out and walk me through it on the phone (some stores would say bring it to our shop and we will do it for you). However, all I really needed to do was read the directions[headbang]... overall, even though the items I wanted was a little expensive, I would def give them more business based on my past experiences with them... I purchased a blitzsafe from them last week. The product came quickly, worked flawlessly and instructions were easy to follow. I also received great after-the-sale support via PM on this forum.

Thanks Enfig [up]
