depends on what you're using it for. but you can't go wrong with the ignition harness...

Sorry to resurrect this old thread, but since I found it through the search function, I thought it appropriate to add on to it with more details for the next person.
I'm installing a head unit in my B6 that I got from Crutchfield. I got through all of the items except taking my Pioneer headunit's power lead and connecting that up to switched 12v power. Crutchfield's advice: tap into the fusebox. Great! Now how do I do that? Is there a 12 v switched power I should connected to in there, or do a custom connection? Tapping into the fusebox maybe old hat for Crutchfield, but I've not done that before, so I want to proceed cautiously.
Thanks guys,
Dub

Crutchfield advisors are good with a lot of cars...European ones aren't among them. I guarantee 100% they sent you harnesses that aren't really proper for your car. Go get these items and you'll get that HU in there without having to cut anything on your factory harness or go to the fuse box for any reason.
If you have steering wheel controls, go with Connects2: http://enfigcarstereo.com/CONNECTS2_CTSAD003.html
Use this so you don't have to cut the block connectors off the Connects2 and tear it up while wiring to your aftermarket HU: http://enfigcarstereo.com/70_1784.html
Antenna Adapter (blue wire needs to be connected to a switched 12V. Wiring into the amp turn on or power antenna wire on your aftermarket HU will work.): http://enfigcarstereo.com/ENFIG_AAA_VWAUD1.html
If neither of the top two links match your harness (which they should for a B6), there are equivalent products available from enfig that will. You can just call them up and talk to Christian.
