need help to install my pioneer f900bt

Hi everyone!

TOday i received my order from enfig.
On my connector I have

yellow to yellow batterie
black to "soft green" and black.. what is the soft green wire on the pioneer harness??

red to acc
white speaker
white black speaker
gray speaker
gray black speaker
orange illu

but... How i can connect my rear speaker ???
i dont have any wire for left and right rear speaker on my enfig metra harness

the métra harness have plug for antenna??
I had blue wire out of thé connector
where do i need To plug this wire??

I will put the antena wire(blue) in the metra connector
just to tell me where is thé position in the connector
