I have an Alpine Amp (MRP-M350 V-Power line) and a 12" JL Audio Sub (not sure which model) in a box that have been sitting in my house for about 2 years (worked perfectly fine when removed from my old car). They are taking up space so I was just wondering if these things have any value?

The box is big (rectangular) so I don't anticipate ever putting it in my Avant. I was thinking about selling locally but don't even know if the equipment is worth anything anymore.

If anyone has some input it would be greatly appreciated.

Mods if I put this in the wrong section please let me know and I will move it.

TIA

all depends on the model of both pieces. Im sure the JL shit still holds value decently

thanks man. silly question but if i can't see the back of the sub (its enclosed in the box) is there a way for me to figure out what model it is?

screwdriver should solve that pretty easily[;)]. To answer your question though, yes, but you would need to know what you are looking at. You should be able to tell by the size of the cone on the woofer to tell you what version it is i.e. w0, w1, w3, w6 etc.

thank you sir, turns out its a w0. so the question remains what's a reasonable asking price? i have a 12w0 4 ohm sub in a box and an alpine mrp-m350 mono amp 350x1.
