RNS-E questions for video, etc.

I am new to the RNS-E and have a few quick questions that I could not find answers to on the forums.

I know I need the A4 Symphony II to RNS-E adapter with BOSE, the Radio antenna adapter with diversity [50 ohm to FAKRA], and the Sharkfin extension cable for RNS-E.

If anyone has any of the above for sale, please let me know. I know I can get them on Navparts.com as well.

Questions:

Do I need another/different cable for the RNS-E to connect my Sirius box that is already wired into my Symphony II?

Are most people still using the BLAUPUNKT DVD-ME3 for playing video or is there something better out? Can I connect an iPod or another source to the front of the BLAUPUNKT DVD-ME3 composite video connections?

How can I connect the BLAUPUNKT DVD-ME3 to the RNS-E? Just the Multimedia Interface for Audi RNS-E from Navparts.com, or is there something easier or cheaper?

Again, if anyone has any of the above wiring for sale, let me know.
