So, I have just installed an new 4-channel amp. I have ran my RCA's to the back of the car and hooked them up to the amp. Next step: connect my harness to the quad-lock RNS-e connector. But, how do I turn on the front Low-Level outputs? I know I need to reprogram with Vag-com but I am unsure what to do. Any guidance would be good.

They're always "on". You either need to make your own rca pigtail, or buy this: Clicky Click (http://kufatec.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=144_82&products_id=437) and you're set. Only other thing you may need to play with is grounding your bose pin.
