Ipod connect to our B7 A4Hi

Hi, I'm currently in the market of buying the kit to connect my car to my ipod nano and ipod touch. So which brand is better? hows Dension compare to other kit or they are actually the same?
I'm planning to change my audio, I'm not a fans of heavy bass music. What audio do you recommend?
