B7 Nav problem

I just got a used 07' Avant today, i can't seem to eject the nav disc! should i just go to the dealer? Note that I keep pushing the button and nothing happens. how do i even tell if there is a nav disc in it? I wanted to do the software update

If you goto the nav, and try to set a route somewhere, it'll tell ya pretty quick... also, if you goto the cd/tv (or 'media' depending on the unit), and then click the source button (I think upper right corner), you can select the CD and you'll know if it's a nav dvd in there...

Either way, just hold the eject button for a few seconds...if it's not folding out, that's a problem...

I don't have the t.v. unit, and it does fold out. just will not eject the nav disc, which i found out is in there.

[got it fixed,it was in transport mode, the disc had never been out! dealer took care of it
