Their marketing peice may not be anything to write home about but they are all professionals on the phone. I have purchased 4 service contracts from these people and they have always been good consultants and treated me with respect. They are definitely NOT a scam. Yes, they need your VIN to pull up the plans that are available but all of the plans are backed by A rated Insurance companies. I know, I have checked them out and they are a good company.

I have said before that I believe National Vehicle Headquarters to be a reputable company. Having purchased protection plans from them over the years I have had occasion to use them. The company always does their best to help me. They have a great Customer Service Dept. and my rep is still there after all these years. This company doesn't deserve the reference to being a scam. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Bluemax- They are indeed a scam. They are misleading vultures. I got a green card in the mail saying urgent notice and that my vehicle warranty expiration was approaching on a car I just bought 2 months ago. It didn't take long to research them and realize how they are misleading others. If they are not a scam then they are one shady business.
