Welcome! I don't think I've ever seen a halogen headlight B8.5 with the 18 inch wheel package before; that's definitely unusual. Good call on the manual as well, they're pretty rare! Get in touch with a user named Haci about the ecode/HID conversion, he recently went through it and should be able to send you a list of the software tweaks needed. It'll be useful to have in your back pocket for whenever you're ready to do that mod.

Id like to introduce myself. I've been posting every now and then on the forums but I guess I have a small story as to why I got my Audi.
I saved up like any other 20-something year old usually does for their dream car (which was a blue audi a4 with natural woodgrain, B&O, quattro, yada yada...) Looked around for weeks and couldn't find one anywhere near me like that and I didn't have enough saved up to get a new A4.
So I gave in and looked at other options. Decided on ordering a 2016 Golf GTI with every package you could get on it. The only thing the golf wouldn't have came with were the accessories you could add to it like first aid kit, car covers, and all that shit.
I anxiously waited for 2.5 months, and the dealer calls me and tells me that my GTI has finally been built and has left the factory. Exciting times! A couple weeks passed and I decided to call the dealer up and they told me that the car hadn't even been built yet and that they never told me that. So what the fuck.

Later that week I log on to Autotrader and find my dream A4 waiting for me at a dealer as a CPO AND IN BUDGET! So I'm all like, THERES A GOD and go pick up that bad mamma jamma. I haven't even told the dealer that I ordered the GTI that I'm not getting it. Been pretending and shit like I'm going to pick it up but fuck them. I can lie too.
Honestly I'm leaving out a whole lot of bullshit detail regaurding the dealer but nobody wants to hear a story about someone complaining.

So anyways, I'm weagle1856. I don't like to be lied to, especially if you're someone I'm about to fork over a bunch of cash to. I did go to Auburn. I live in Atlanta. I love my A4 more than anything else I have in this world. I bought it a bit over a month ago and haven't looked back unless some asshat is tailgating me.

I took delivery of my first Audi, a 2016 A4 Premium Quattro in Monsoon Grey with the Style Package (S-Line trim, MMI, special wheels, etc.) on 3/12/16. The car had 96 miles on it when I took possession, and is now approaching 1,000 miles. I'm very happy with the powertrain, steering and handling. The seats were a compromise (we got the base seats because my wife hates the sport seats), and unfortunately this car doesn't have B&O sound. I'll hopefully be upgrading the sound system soon with better speakers, more power and a subwoofer. Beyond that, my first mod is installation of a P3 digital interface VIDI gauge.

Hey all, new 2016 A4 Audi owner here looking for some information. I am trying to get red lights to replace the inside footwell lights in my car but not quite sure were to find them, I looked on eBay and found a set of 20 for $10 asked a few friends and he said it'll fit, when I replaced the bulbs and tried to put the housing back in its place it doesn't fit it seems the light bulb just sticks out over the housing. If anyone know where I can get the correct size bulbs would be a great help. The bulbs size that are in currently is W3W(if that's right)

Couldn't stand the inferior quality of domestic cars, even though the quality has supposedly improved, so I knew it was time to go German for my next car. Audi paint is generally considered to be pretty terrible if not maintained to a crazy level. It should clean up well with some elbow grease though!

Plans are for at least stg 1 if not 2. Not sure on any suspension mods. I don't want to lose camber and have to buy tires often. Getting tint right now and have ordered the bumper filler replacement with no front plate.

What are some small, good mods you guys do? Motor mount inserts have always been a favorite of mine. I love short shifters when I had a manual. I have to figure out how to stream bt audio. That's a big deal to me and I just assumed this car would have it. I have a blue trip that I used in my Lexus. I'll try to figure out an option with that so I don't have to buy anything. Still trying to figure out how to work the mmi. Really clueless so far.

I do have Navi actually. 2gMMI. I have already ordered too much for this car lol. Front bumper filler with no front plate b/c my state doesn't require it, black/red rear badges, bluetooth dongle, updated Navi disc.

I just bought the Tune2Air and had to do some research on it... the 1000 is an earleir version that has some issues with sound. Apparently it crackles on occasion. I bought the 3000 and have been using for a week now and love it. No issues.

I have the 3000. Picked it up off Amazon a month ago. Love it! Sound quality is great. The phone connects simultaneously to the OEM Audi Bluetooth for calls and the Tune2air for all other audio. Switches seamlessly between calls and music. I'm using a Google Nexus 5X.

Sounds like our cars will be almost identical. I've got a 2012 A4 premium plus with the RS grille and 15% front tint and 5% rear. Haha I get pulled over all the time for it. But the looks are worth it! Congrats on your first German car. You'll never wanna go back now!

Checking in, 2012 A4 P+ S-Line here, 52k mi, had a few years now, but was waited until my warranty was up to do anything fun! Put a custom magnaflow exhaust and got a stage 1 tune, doing upgraded coil packs and plugs next week. Going to do a little software work with Carista, maybe vag-com if someone in the MN area wants to hook me up for a couple growlers of the local brew!

Eventually moving up to the A6, A7, or S4... haven't really decided. There's something about that A7... makes me all warm inside...

Picked up in August with 20k on the clock.

No current mods. No real plans for mods. The reason I bought this car was because I wanted something I wouldn't mod haha. Since I was 18 I've owned:
-2008 mkv gti. Recon stage 2 with w/m.
-2012 WRX. Stage 2 pro tuned on e85.
-2006 ram 2500 cummins. EFIlive, bigger injectors, built trans, 63mm turbo.

Fiancé told me to get something reliable with a warranty hahaha. I'll probably buy an S4 in a few years.

That photo you posted looks like the Premium Plus trim level. P+ has the LED headlights, multi-zone climate control, rear A/C vents, heated front seats, etc.

Maybe there was a Lighting Package for 2009 that could be added to the Premium trim level, or could be a retrofit of the LED headlights ??

Hello from MA. I just picked up this CPO 2015 Glacier White Metallic Audi allroad Premium Plus with Nav/Backup/Side Assist. I bought it in Long Island on Saturday. Her name is allthea.

I'm coming from a heavily modified (internals and suspension mostly, little bit of external) 2005 black Subaru Legacy GT which made 320awhp/340awtq on a mustang dyno. That car was a 5 speed automatic but had part of the transmission upgraded for snappier shifting. I still have her and I am figuring out what to do with her now that the allroad is my DD.

Right now I have some mild thoughts in mind for how to make the allroad my own: wheels, possibly exhaust, possibly sways, possibly a small drop. However, it'll be a little while before I make any modifications. I need to wear down the rubber they came with before feeling like I can buy some more, and I need to drive the car as-is to know the stock feel.

Definitely a steal. I found mine because PO was moving so I stole mine for 10.5 but yours has all the options I now have to retrofit myself and yours has 10k less miles.

Although mine came with a UR strut tower bar and ecodes do I cant really complain

Hello, new on the forum, purchased my 2009 A4 B8 Avant S Line 2.0 tsfi Quattro just over one month ago, modifications to date include, Revo stage 1 remap carried out, fit a pipercross panel filter, ECS silicone inlet hose and a Ultra Racing Upper Strut Brace.

I have purchased and getting ready to fit Black Diamond drilled and grooved discs (320 & 300mm) and pads, an Airtec Intercooler, a Revo Turbo de-muffler, a set of goodridge braided brake hoses, Forge Motorsport Silicone Turbo and Coolant Hoses and a GFB DV+.

Future plans include fitting a Miltek Cat Back Exhaust a sport catalyser and later still a stage 2 remap.

You should of put a wanted ad up i have been debating for some time now to sell my car is meticulous maintained new chains and a stasis signature series as well as APR stage 2 and a shit ton of other little details. There's still plenty more to be done. I have a full manual swap and 3g+ with oem rear cam, ACC and keyless push start retrofit. And finishing up my rear PDC currently. Hey guys, just got our first Audi (and first car) so I need all the help I can get considering its also my first gasoline vehicle (diesel guy).
2015 A4 6-speed manual 2.0T S-line Premium with 38k miles
The car is lowered, can't remember if its 1inch or 2inch, has aftermarket wheels and grill obviously and got the windows tinted today (18%).
Just looking for any tips about these cars or general information anyone is looking to share. So far I love it!

Our first Audi, we saw that thing at NAIAS back in 2012 and my girl said to me, some day I want to park this in our driveway! That day came. We found a mint clean 2013 B8.5 with all options, white/tan premium plus. Was looking for prestige but this thing was priced perfectly, picked it up for 15,250 our the door with 78k miles.

Hello from MA. I just picked up this CPO 2015 Glacier White Metallic Audi allroad Premium Plus with Nav/Backup/Side Assist. I bought it in Long Island on Saturday. Her name is allthea.

I'm coming from a heavily modified (internals and suspension mostly, little bit of external) 2005 black Subaru Legacy GT which made 320awhp/340awtq on a mustang dyno. That car was a 5 speed automatic but had part of the transmission upgraded for snappier shifting. I still have her and I am figuring out what to do with her now that the allroad is my DD.

Right now I have some mild thoughts in mind for how to make the allroad my own: wheels, possibly exhaust, possibly sways, possibly a small drop. However, it'll be a little while before I make any modifications. I need to wear down the rubber they came with before feeling like I can buy some more, and I need to drive the car as-is to know the stock feel.

15 Premium Plus S Line, had it since December, put just over 12,000 miles on it since. Only mod so far is partially debadged trunk. Not really sure on planned mods other than 20% tint all around with full 50% windshield, 19x9.5 Vossen CV3s wrapped it 255s and H&R sport springs, needs a mild drop but still want to get around in the snow.

I recently got the car, upgrading from an old honda fit (:D). It's high mileage, but is one owner garaged and had all service intervals performed at a dealership. I even contacted the dealer and got the full records, including the window decal!

Tint is being added this weekend, looking to add CarPlay retrofit (keeping stock screen), replace brakes / rotors / calipers and paint the calipers. Not sure the color, was thinking red. Down the road I'd like to add APR Stage 2 (91 Oct) w/ APR exhaust, but that's a year+ out.

I'm super excited to have found this car in stock blacked out configuration, and a MT AWD. I live in the northeast and we need AWD in the winter time, but I would rather buy a subaru than drive an automatic!

Hello my B8 brethren,

Been on AZ for a minute and have a little experience with the 4 rings. Recently picked up a 2011 A4 2.0T, quattro, A/T, premium+ (i think), in deep sea blue pearl for my oldest son. He lost his R leg in a motorcycle accident in October so the 6sp Mini Cooper S had to go. The Audi is comfortable to him with the prosthetic and the infinitely adjustable drivers seat.

It has a salvage title, a little over 110K miles, and looks to be pretty good mechanically. Damage was cosmetic (left rear quarter and back bumper) and the seller did a hack job on repair, but the price was right. It was dealer maintained, and I know the brake fluid was changed and got a new battery recently. I will go through it this weekend and do oil, plugs, filters, etc. I know it needs a thermostat (running 160-165F), and unless I can find that the timing chain was done, will plan for that.

Anyway, just wanted to say Hi. I've been browsing some and have seen some familiar names. May post some questions from time to time but not a noob, and I know what the search button does.

My previous car was a WRX that was just over the 300whp/300tq hill and suffered a bent rod destroying the engine. Sold it and my wife decided Subaru's were no longer an option. So I went with the natural upgrade. Audi was the obvious choice with AWD and a 6 speed. I can't wait to get back into the 300 range with this sleeper.
