What is the best place to balance my tires in LA area?
....that will do a good job without scratching my aftermarket wheels

west end alignment. They do an excellent job and really care about your needs. He can tune it to your driving style and it costs around $80 for a 4 wheel alignment.

sorry but I don't need aligment just tire balancing
are they still good for that?

My rear tires esp. vibrate around 80mph:(

Not sure, but I don't see why not. I believe he's got the equipment. Are they new tires?
